$55K-$85 + Commission

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Respond to client inquires by phone and electronically

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Manage accounts by quoting equipment and products to customers and ensure following thru on call backs and quotes.

Complete reports required on all accounts.

Acts as an intermediate between outside sales and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.

Participate in weekly internal sales meetings.

Create sales contracts of complete plants down to the replacement parts by studying blueprints, plans, and other related documents.

Create equipment spare parts lists with pricing.

Work with Purchasing Sales Department on vendors for screens, crushers, belt scales, and other related equipment.

Create aftermarket proposals

Work closely with other Sales, Engineering, Fabrication, and other Professional Personal from multiple locations.

Hand off information to engineering on documents used when preparing a client’s proposal that has become a sold project.

Create and keep current a budgetary booklet of equipment

Additional projects and/or job requirements as specified by management.

Requirements:

MUST have knowledge of the following mining equipment – Belt Conveyors, Crushing equipment, Bucket Elevators and associated components for such equipment.

Auto-Cad experience for creating sales drawings when required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills

Strong decision making and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of PT Wizard or belt analysis  a plus

Project Manager (2)

 

Locations: WI, TX, Extensive Travel

 

 

$100K-$150K + Bonus

 The construction planning and project management for clients in the aggregate, cement, industrial minerals, heavy metal mining and transportation industries. Company provides system integration, consulting, engineering and design, Project Managers who will manage every facet of the assigned project(s), responsible for obtaining, planning, scheduling, directing, coordinating and supervising construction, subcontractor scheduling, and day-to-day issues. Ensuring an on-time, within budget project execution and no safety issues.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout

Preparation of a project schedule and continually review to make sure the project schedule is adhered to or modified as necessary

Lead, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities of assigned project

Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and exceeding client needs

Manage, forecast and analyze project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment until project is completed.

Ensure all subcontracts and purchase orders are drafted in a timely fashion

Provide guidance, leadership and direction to all members assigned to project

Requirements:

Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects ideally in the aggregate and mining industry

Advanced knowledge of all general construction methods including but not limited to concrete, ironwork, masonry, etc.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, Mining, or other related field

Experience: Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in the construction industry

Due to varied conditions, must know the MSHA and OSHA hazards and safety requirements.

Plant Manager (2)

 

Location: Midland/Odessa, TX. & Hixton, WI.

 

$100K-$140K +Bonus 20%

Responsible for the management of all aspects of a 2.4 million TPY sand operation.  Lead and manage all safety efforts at the plant as well as site planning, pit development, quality control and maintenance function.  Supervise a workforce of approximately 100 employees.  Ensure compliance with company mandated safety and environmental policies, programs and guidelines as well as regulatory compliance.  Lead management team and group of employees and provide strong leadership, training, team building and supervision.  Manage all mine planning, operational, financial, safety, environmental, personnel, and community relations duties at the mine in accordance with company programs, policies, and guidelines as well as government agencies including MSHA and the EPA.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (preferably Mining or Civil) or equivalent experience

Minimum of five years of plant management experience, preferably in the mining industry managing in a non-union environment

Experience with Statistical Process Control is a plus

Working knowledge and understanding of MSHA regulations and possess a strong personal commitment to safety

Solid understanding of operation and maintenance of aggregate and sand processing equipment

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and capable of developing and maintaining good relationships with company and regulatory agency personnel

Strong leadership skills; possess the ability to lead, manage and motivate; have a proven track record for creating employee ownership of safety, production and quality

Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; strong planning skills

Operations Manager

 

Location: Kermit, TX.

$100K-$130K + Bonus -20%

Coordinates milling production and maintenance priorities.  Assists to enhance the existing Total Safety Culture Program and Environmental guidelines to ensure employee safety and health. Assists with management of the departmental budget and controlling costs. Monitors plant performance, identifies/troubleshoots deficiencies or failures and makes recommendations for improvement. Supervise and direct the hourly work force in their daily activities. Coordinate Operations with the Maintenance Department on all equipment including manpower, supplies, and scheduling to ensure low operating cost and downtime. Communicate closely with the Quarry Mining Department to ensure cost effective operation of processes.  Maintain records to ensure effective scheduling of operations. Assist in purchasing and inventory of reagents and supplies and identification of problem areas. Assist in accurate preparation of budgets and forecasting resulting in proper cost control and business planning. Maintain a competent and effective supervisory and hourly force through effective personnel management and labor relations techniques. Promote better performance of subordinates through ongoing training and communication of ideas, techniques and policies. Ensure that all operational work practices comply with company, State and Federal Safety Standards and Environmental Standards. Interact with workforce and Human Resources, Safety Department, Purchasing, Accounting, etc., to ensure compliance with established company policies. Interact with Engineering Department and Mine Operations to ensure tailings impoundment availability and integrity are maintained. The job requires training or instruction in the area of Environmental Awareness. This job training or instruction in the area of Safety & Health Awareness including completion of the appropriate MSHA training. 

 

BS Degree in Metallurgy/Mineral Processing preferred. 5-10 years (minimum) of prior supervisory experience in union environment preferred. 5-10 years (minimum) of prior sand operations experience preferred.

·         Prepare formal bids/provide accurate materials and labor take-offs

·         Use the estimating software to compute labor, materials and shipping costs

·         Must be able to read interpret drawings, contract specifications, simple math and use computer equipment

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Science preferred

QA/QC Supervisor

Support operations to ensure all quality requirements are met.

·         Performs calibrations on all equipment

·         Conducts/maintains inventory on all consumables and lab equipment

·         Works with Operations Management to optimize plant efficiencies

·         Assists in training of QC techs- maintaining continuous training

·         Works with production crew members to analyze process capabilities/efficiencies

·         Covers shifts as needed (weekly schedule adjustment would be made to accommodate)

REQUIREMENTS

CAD Designer/Detailer

Our engineering department utilizes computer-aided drafting (CAD), which is ideally suited to our customized (OEM) approach to engineering.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Efficiently produce shop, assembly, and erection drawing

·         Manage multiple projects at once and successfully maintenance communications with Project Managers

·         Submit Requests for information to customers

·         Create and check assembly drawings, including bolt lists

·         Analyze, design, and select appropriate steel member connections for each project

·         Comply with all codes and regulations throughout each project

·         Process plate shapes using CNC software for production

·         Provide final checks of drawings to ensure compliance with contract documents and HME standards

Job Summary: The purchasing agent is responsible for ensuring that material and supplies are ordered and delivered in time to maintain the production schedule as well as managing the costs of our raw materials and supplies.  After learning our company purchasing policies and procedures, the Purchasing Agent will be part of the purchasing / engineering / production scheduling team that develops the production schedule and identifies purchasing needs.  The production schedule can change quickly:  flexibility and a strong sense of urgency are required.

Responsibilities:

Obtain quotes, issue purchase orders, and ensure that deliveries are made on time; contact vendors and inform management when there are discrepancies.

Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors to obtain material at the lowest cost while meeting quality and delivery requirements.

Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and company personnel.

Develop a network of multiple vendors for all key materials to ensure that we are always getting competitive pricing and delivery.

Research, qualify and develop new vendors.

Review purchase orders with vendors and maintain open lines of communication with those vendors.

Learn our equipment and processes so as to better understand purchasing needs and anticipate demand.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (Associates degree or higher preferred)

3+ years’ experience in a purchasing role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Working knowledge of MS Office and purchasing software

Understanding of JIT ordering process and lead time requirements.
