Job Description:

Client is a large concrete/redi-mix cement/stone company.  They are looking for a “working supervisor/foreman” with a starting salary in the $100K range. The successful candidate will oversee and supervise non-union personnel including plant operations. Typical work functions on this –the mining side of the business, will include such things as; crushing/grinding/screening/wash plants (both fixed and portable), and the various plant conveyor systems. When necessary, the successful candidate will step in and work alongside his/her reports to accomplish the required tasks. The supervisor will also be responsible for worker and plant safety (MSHA).  Solid leadership/management, planning, organization, and delegation skills are required. The ability to manage multiple tasks plus the management of production schedules is also required.
